As the Snohomish County, WA Performance Auditor, Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting recently presented a performance audit of the County’s Surface Water Management (SWM) Division. Our report found that SWM services and expenditures were generally in line with its mission, but revenues did not keep pace with expenditures, raising sustainability concerns.
