The Office of the Controller’s (Controller) City Services Auditor Division (CSA) engaged Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting to conduct an audit of the Stow Lake Boathouse Company, LLC, (SLBC). SLBC operates a boat rental and cafe concession at Golden Gate Park’s Stow Lake Boathouse. The audit found that SLBC complied with multiple lease agreement provisions, including by having consistently submitted required monthly revenue reports and maintaining boat rental prices within maximum pricing rates required.
