The Office of the Controller, San Francisco engaged Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting, Inc. to assess whether a contractor complied with lease agreement provisions for two public garages and whether the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) appropriately oversaw lease holder activities and managed the lease agreement. We found that the contractor generally complied with lease provisions and identified opportunities for SFMTA to enhance its oversight.
